Over the winter, I’ve taken time to reflect on how I can best support my clients and help achieve the most effective, lasting health outcomes. One thing I’ve noticed is that ongoing support can be key for transforming recommendations into sustainable habits.
With this in mind, I’m excited to introduce anew range of coaching packages designed to offer more structure, consistency, and encouragement throughout your journey. These packages are similar in length to those I’ve offered before but now include more ‘touch points’—giving you extra time with me to ask questions and build your confidence. I continue to offer 6-week, 12-week, and 6-month programs tailored to meet a variety of needs. Each package is designed to provide structure, support, and guidance every step of the way as you work toward your health goals.
For those who prefer ad hoc individual appointments,I’m still available for one-off sessions. You can book an initial consultation and then follow-up or support calls as needed—flexible and on your terms.
I’ve also introduced a new Nutrition and Supplement Review, which is an ideal starting point for anyone beginning their Nutritional Therapy journey. These reviews are available exclusively at my in-person clinic onFriday mornings at The Family Practice inBristol. Appointments usually last 45 minutes and are designed to give you clarity, confidence, and practical next steps.
